fMobi: Brand New Facebook
Application For Symbian^3 Devices

fMobiRejoice, Facebook freaks with Symbian^3 devices, because Juuso Kosonen, a professional software developer presently working at Liaison Technologies has released a brand new Facebook app and hopes this one will be the best of them all.

Application is currently only available for Symbian^3 Smartphones as limited time beta version but developer also planning to port application to Maemo as well to MeGoo operating system.

I managed to test it briefly and I have to admit that it looks very promising and even in this early beta stage comes with plenty of features that should speed up the facebook experience on Nokia devices.

In main window you can select basic functionalities such as Chat, Profile, Update status, check Events and Notifications. Once when you choose any of these function, you’ll get a handy toolbar on the left side of the screen that allows you to quickly jump to another functions.

Almost in all functions you can go to user wall, by clicking the profileimage of the user. Quickly like or show likes of an comment, by pressing the comment, and clicking the desired button when the comment is switched to buttons. If you like comment to user status, just click the status to get more access to it.

It includes

  • News feed
  • Chat
  • Profile
  • Liked Pages
  • User info
  • Groups
  • Events
  • Commenting / Liking
  • View comments / likes
  • Albums / Photos
  • Notifications
  • Landscape / Portrait

Please give comments, bug finds and improvement ideas while using the beta application!
