NBL Rolls Out New Version Of
Nokia's Geosocial Internet Radio App

Soundtrck - Geosocial Internet RadioThe Soundtrckr team has rolled out an updated beta version (1.1) that resolves some of the issues identified by the Beta Labs community, brings some new features as well as bug bug fixes in response to the incredible amount of useful feedback received from the users.

Soundtrckr for Symbian ^3 and S60 5th Edition (Java Runtime 2.1 and 1.4) brings following improvements: Email and password are visible to user (this addresses the login failure issue), Bug fix for application restart on S^3 and proper display of artist/song in the music player.

Soundtrckr for S60 5th Edition Touch devices with Java Runtime 1.4 and 2.1 beta (it's recommend to use Java Runtime 2.1 beta and the corresponding version of Soundtrckr for a better experience on S60 5th edition devices.) also improves the experience and brings some S60 5th Edition specific bug fixes such as: Nearby station application error, faster response from music player, various performance fixes.

Anyway, as you may have already know, Soundtrckr is an application that brings to Nokia phones the social listening and music discovery experience, where friends share stations and listen together in real time.

Soundtrckr has the largest fully licensed music catalog for Internet radio in the world. 8M tracks to create and share station with any artist, any genre, any language. Soundtrckr is social listening and discovery, where friends share stations and listen together in real time.

Soundtrckr is also leveraging the location-based-service capability of Nokia smartphones to hyperlocal listening and discovery. Users can tune into nearby stations created by other users, and play what’s hot around the city.

Users can also share stations via email, Twitter and with other Soundtrckr users using the app. We have also added a find and invite friends features that uses Twitter, Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL.
