New Firmware Update
For
Nokia's Full QWERTY Eseries Devices
I just want to give everyone a quick heads up that Nokia has rolled out minor firmware updates for their full QWERTY Eseries devices earlier this morning!
New firmware version for both, Nokia E75 and Nokia E90 is now available through Nokia Software Updater for most of the generic product codes from EMEA and APAC region and is expected to be available for the rest of the world (NAM and branded devices) shortly.
Unfortunately full change log is not available at the moment but as you would imagine, the firmware update is always recommended because it usually improves the performance and reliability!
According to Nokia Software Updater team, Nokia E75 software version 110.48.125 brings several email improvements (setup, sync, connection reliability and readability), automatic lookup added to Contacts and that’s basically it.
There is nothing officially for the Nokia E90 fw 400.34.93 at the moment but it is nice to see that it still getting firmware updates on a regular basis which among other things, reduce number of bugs as well as improves the performance and reliability.
Unfortunately it is still not confirmed if new software is fully hackable with the HelloOX but I'll keep you informed about over at forum section and confirm this as soon as possible.
That's all I know for now, I'll try to get the full change log as soon as possible, in mean time join discussion and tells us if there are some noticeable changes.
