Nokia Lowers Price
Of The Nokia N97 For Operators?!
The gadget minded folks over at UK's Mobile Today reports that Nokia has significantly reduced the price of its Jesus phone, the mighty Nokia N97, from the high levels it initially discussed with operator buyers when it was first unveiled at the end of last year.
It is not quite clear who has been a key player in the operators' war for the lower price but apparently they have managed to cut cost some way below initial price of £500.
One operator said: ‘It’s definitely true that the N97 is not as expensive as it was initially. But it was eye watering before. It’s still going to be difficult to get a decent price.’
From other hand, analysts expect that operators will have to ‘swallow their pride’, and offer Nokia N97 due to high and ever-growing consumer demand for this powerful Nokia’s device.
To be totally honest with you, I want it now and I really don't care about price or cost, I'm just concerned about quality, about features and especially about chipset. They are still hiding information and I'll still insist upon its revealing and hope they'll shock users and competition with the uber-fast OMAP3 chipset!
