Here is a nice promo video of the first Samsung’s touch device based on the Nokia S60 5th ed platform that I uploaded several days ago on the SF’s YouTube channel but unfortunately I couldn’t manage to find some spare time to write up something about.

Anyway, this is the detailed walkthrough key features of the Samsung Omnia HD that looks more like the movie trailer than the phone ad. Apparently Samsung has decided to follow Nokia’s creative viral marketing and strategy of releasing an expensive and nice looking demo videos that use social networks such as including Orkut, YouTube, Facebook, MySpace and Flickr to produce increases in brand awareness or to achieve other marketing targets.

Anyway, the video itself is focused on the camera capabilities and ability to capture video in HD quality and share it immediately by instant upload it to various online services. Further more it shows the finger friendly user interface, multitasking, DLNA technology and an interesting photo calling feature.
