+ New firmware update for N95 Available, is it hackable!??

New firmware update for Nokia N95
But It Is Still Not Confirmed As Hackable

Nokia E51Some really, really interesting news from SF forum section. Our Leon Plovdiv reported earlier this morning that new firmware for one of the most popular S60 phones ever is available through the Nokia Software Updater.

As you would imagine, the firmware update is always recommended because it usually improves the performance and reliability of your phone but in this case you should think twice before update!

You see, I still didn’t manage to get the change log so I can’t tell you much about the latest firmware update for the oldie Nokia N95 but I am sure I’ll not update my phone until someone confirms that new software is HACKABLE!

Nokia is trying to close the security hole on all S60 models to stop the hacking activities and the main purpose of the latest minor firmware updates is implementing new anti-hacking measures and I am just asking way?!?

From other hand, Nokia has rolled out a new software update for Nokia E51 and this firmware version is confirmed as hackable so there is a hope that we’ll get the new soft and that it will remain as hackable!

However if you don't care about hacking and want to update your phone to get the latest available software just connect it to PC, run Nokia Software Updater and update phone if your phone is in range of currently supported generic codes

That's all for now, more information about latest update you can find at our forum section.
