One Announcement
I Think That Was Missing Today

ecommerce Today I was thinking of wiping my Nokia E71 and loading on my software and starting afresh.

To find all the software I use, I find myself going to various locations including the freeware section here on Symbian Freak.

Surely Symbian/Nokia needs to start a central store/library which all can access I know there is download application on your Phone, software market, Nokia beta labs amongst others.

But that’s confusing why is there not one website i can point my Computer/phone at and find all i need in one clean sweep?

Again surely you could be a member and then build a list. Which could help you install your applications easily with no hassle? I work with IT all day, I don’t always feel the urge to fiddle around all day finding and loading on applications.

So if you need to wipe your phone or buy a new one you can download all the ones you have compiled in a list? Also surely as updates are produced you could go to a site and check what you need to update.

S60 app store

I ask as I’m not a fully signed up Symbian Freak and maybe missing a Site which does all this already?

As we know a certain fruit named phone has a store, Blackberry is developing one. As Nokia go into the touch screen/pc world surely they need somewhere to get the full potential of your new purchase?
