+ N-Gage: The Reset Generation Goes Live!

04 August 2008

The Reset Generation Available!
Welcome back to the playground of your youth!

Reset Generation The Reset Generation, long awaited cross-platform game has been released and is available for your phone and for PC as well.

Game is available through the Showroom on the 'Gage application and is available for you to download and try. As usually, all you have to do is navigate to the Showroom tab, select 'Update Now' and it should appear at the top of the latest games list. Game is pretty large, around 30 MB and will take some time to download.

The game is the dream project of producer Scott Foe, who has been bandying the idea around since his teen years.

In short, it is a mash-up of puzzle gaming, turn-based strategy, and tongue-firmly-out-of-cheek fanservice. Reset Generation is an unfairly addictive action-puzzle title which is both cross-platform and multi-platform; furious online four-player action.

This fast-paced, multiplayer puzzle game is designed to be a dream come true for game fans: it's a videogame about videogames! Reset Generation is the world's videogame homage to videogames, playable on both N-Gage and PC.

Choose from ten beautifully animated heroes, each with their own special power. Try the infinitely replayable single player mode or venture online for frantic 4-player fun!

As Foe puts it, Reset Generation is "a game about video games," and that description applies not only to its schizophrenic but effective gameplay blend but also to its art and music design, which is sure to inspire waves of 8-bit nostalgia among long-time gamers.
