My'Sound Beta 2 sent out to donors!
New music player focused on the music itself!

My'Soundr4ph43l just announced that My'Sound music player has reached 'Beta II' stage one month after initial launch and it’s worth to check how close software is to the final shape!

My'Sound is a brand new, useful and powerful music player which pretends to offer a better way to enjoy in your phone’s music library.

It completely ignores the boring Nokia User Interface Guidelines and offering a user interface that is focused on the music itself.

Its entirely unique and intuitive interface allows you to visually browse your music collection with album graphic that can be organized by artist or album name.

The beta 2 brings impressive list of features and improvements unloading the: "Shake-me, sleep mode, improved cross fading, folder playlist, mood me, theme management, support for more languages, 10 seconds mode to listen quickly songs and find a song that you have forgotten title for example, .wma support (yeah you read it right), improved compatibility and support for few different types of visualisation.

List of Beta 2 features:

  • Album selection with covert.
  • "Shake-me!" function : to play the next or previous song, shake at right or left.
  • Sleep mode : choose a song's number and My'Sound turn off automatically.
  • Crossfading.
  • Classicals features : album covert, repeat mode, shuffle, pause/stop/next/previous/rewind/forward, volume, artist choice, now playing, ...
  • New! Beta 2 Folder playlist : search in folders in your memory and play a song.
  • New! Beta 2 Mood me! : choose your mood, and the phone play automatically a playlist who corresponds at your mood! Simple and effective!
  • New! Beta 2 Theme management : for theme pre-installed, you can add themes or re-install themes HERE.
  • New! Beta 2 Multi languages : 7 are proposed : french, english, german, italian, polish, Portuguese and Slovenian. More informations HERE.
  • New! Beta 2 Disable red key.
  • New! Beta 2 Other classical features : one song mode (and not total playlist)
  • New! Beta 2 10 seconds mode to listen quickly songs and find a song that you have forgotten title for example.
  • New! Beta 2 Several formats : files .wma and .mp3 support
  • New! Beta 2 More compatibility : models whithout accelerometers can use My'Sound
  • New! Beta 2 Battery : if battery level is lower than 5%, the play is stop.
  • New! Beta 2 Trial version system : with your IMEI, you can activate your version and use all possibilities of My'Sound [1]
  • New! Beta 2 Vizualisation : display album covert, and title, artist and album names.

[1]: The trial version does not allow : Mood, Folders, Shake-Me!, Sleep mode, Themes, Disable red key and 10s mode.

Player is currently in development mode and unfortunately it is only available for the closed group of beta testers and donators and it will remains available for donors only until the final beta comes out.

It is still not clear when it going to be available for public but you can follow its builds and comment the progress over at our forum section where author has started application topic to get your feedback, any suggestions are more than welcome!
