Nokia N96 on sale from October 1st
Operators confirmed forthcoming Nokia's flagship

Nokia N96According to folks over at Pocket-lint, the Nokia's forthcoming flagship Smartphone is due to go on sale in the UK in October!

Personally I am not a huge fan of the Nokia N96 but this is definitely good news for all those who have been waiting for this phone for the last few months!

It’s finally confirmed that Nokia will start selling N96 Wednesday, 1st October, a month later than it was speculated.

It will not be an exclusive offer and phone will be available via various network operators and retailers, 3, T-Mobile, Phones 4U, Carphone Warehouse, Orange and Vodafone.

That’s all, everything about N96 is already very well known and just to recap in case you have forgotten, basically the Nokia N96 is the very well equipped hybrid between the Nokia N95 and Nokia N81 that pretend to be next Nokia flagship model.

The Nokia N96 boasts a 5 megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics, flash and video light. It allows DVD-like quality video capture at 30 frames per second. Further, with the integrated A-GPS, consumers can now 'geotag' their pictures with location data and share them with their online communities.

With its large 2.8" screen, 16 gigabytes of internal memory and support for high-quality videos in a wide range of formats, the dual-slide Nokia N96 represents an exciting new chapter in mobile media.
