ContentGuard Licenses Digital Rights
Management Patents to Nokia Corporation

DRMContentGuard Holdings, Inc., a leading developer of digital rights management (DRM) technology, today announced a worldwide patent licensing agreement with Nokia Corporation, a global leader in mobile products and services.

ContentGuard technology enables the consumer-friendly implementation of digital content distribution models such as content rental, content subscription, variable pricing, and secure peer-to-peer distribution.

Terms of the licensing agreement were not disclosed.
