Unboxing and Quick Tour Video

It seems that Nokia N78 is closer to shipping than I have expected. The folks over at iGadge have managed to got their hands on the Nokia N78 that looks like final production model and runs the very stabile software.

The first part of the video is focused hardware and design, typical unboxing and isn’t as attractive as the 2nd that is more oriented on software and provide a quick tour through the Feature Pack 2 and changes that it brings.

Speaking about hardware it is interesting that Nokia has removed the quite handy gallery side key and that phone features little bit strange speakers position optimized for the right-handed use. The navi-wheel is improved a lot and now it is fully functional in most of the applications including main menu and its wheel scrolling isn't gallery exclusive like on Nokia N81.

The Feature Pack 2 brings the improved UI with a nice animated transitions and undoubtedly looks much better than on the current S60 phones but unfortunately that's basically all we got. Only minor cosmetic changes that are not enough attractive to replace my mighty N95. I’ll definitely skip the last Nseries wave and wait for the next big thing.
