Provoke's 2012 concepts head to New York
Nokia hopes nobody will notices
Really not sure what it is so appealing about these shiny concept phones that appear from time to time.
I mean it's hard to expect that you'll ever see most of them in the wild, but stilly they are usually looks so cute and it is really pleasure to see how the future will looks like. All in all, it’s lovely to look at, but their purpose and functionality is definitely questionable.
Anyway, to meet our future vision, design firm Provoke worked with Nokia to make a conceptual study showing where mobile phone trends are heading in 4 years. Nokia concepts known as Express, Feel and Share will be shown at this year’s New York Design Week The “Express” basically allows you to customize the user interface while the “Share” concept is just a combination of the Twitter and My space integration for “like minded” individuals.
I know that fashion taste is the very subjective but among all these concepts the “Feel” one looks the most promising for me, mainly because its nice oval form factor and even most interesting it literally has ability to send tactile simulated touch messages. Yeah you read it right, “tactile simulated touch messages”, hmmmmmm, it sounds soooooooo sexy, I wonder, what kind of message you’ll be able to send to your girlfriend with such phone and service LOL
