Rumor about Nokia music store and possible new Nseries devices that should be launched
in the UK august 29th

Nokia n81

Well, if we can believe to reports, actually rumors over at Fortune it seems that that Nokia CEO OlliPekka Kallasvuo will launch the new worldwide service Aug. 29 at a London event that will include live music at the Ministry of Sound nightclub.

The new Nokia Web site will let consumers download songs to their PCs and transfer them to mobile phones and other portable music players, similar to Apple's iTunes. Also its expected that Nokia will et users transfer songs to non-Nokia phones using digital-rights-management software.

Anyway, to be honest I’m not a fan of the services like iTunes and I’m not excited so much about upcoming Nokia’s music store but I am indeed excited about new Nseries devices that should be announced at the same event.

Can't tell you anything for sure but in my personal opinion we'll see some new music oriented devices with larger amount of build in flash memory, 8GB or 4GB at least.

I know that some of you will not agree with me but I don’t expect to see recently rumored, famous black 8GB Nokia N95 edition, not at all, but from other hand I am pretty sure that we’ll finally see another rumored phone, much more realistic Nokia N81 and possible photography oriented N82 I hope. Or maybe something even cooler, something radically new with first sign of the new touch based interface?!

Last but not less important, the N81 wap profile popped up over at Nokia's website and actually officially confirms device's existence and give to us final proof that we can expect official release at the end of the next month.

Profile brings lot of useful information and I have to say that I am a little bit disappointed with some of them, with feature pack and screen to be precise :?
