High capacity (1400 mAh) battery
for the Nokia N95

N95 High capacity batteryWell, we all know how bad is the battery life on Nokia N95 and it was already discussed numerous times at our forum section, for me personally BL-5F means charging every 12 hours, tow times per day actually and therefore BL-5F isn’t the best possible choice for such a powerful Smartphone but from other hand we have to be honest and say that its hard to put better and larger battery into such relatively small and compact phone.

Anyway, now there is a solution, 1400 mAh battery. The manufacturer is Chinese and they claim this battery will last 55% longer than the original. Oh and the battery is also 55% bigger than the original so they supply the customised back battery cover. Sounds great I know but.. . . .

The biggest problem with mobile phones nowadays isn’t the brain cancer so you can stop worry about :) actually the biggest source of the problems are cheap, problematic and sketchy 3rd party batteries.

I’ve just read a story about explosion of the Motorola phone in China, sure I've heard numerous stories about exploding phones and batteries or batteries that causing fire, but this is the first time that I've ever heard that mobile phone explosion and actually killed someone!

Actually, I just want to say that it isn’t very suggestible to use these batteries no matter how attractive battery life and capacity is declared , I just don’t like the 3rd party accessories at all and especially batteries that are usually far away from the declared capacity and not very durable.

So to sum on, there is a better battery, at least it looks like it has better battery life, so its your choice to get another or to get this 3rd party batter?
