Salling Clicker, our award-winning remote control software officially compatible with 3rd edition
I’ve just refresh my RSS news reader and found something really interesting, some very good news coming straight from Stockholm, Sweden. Salling Software has release v3.5 of their amazing Salling Clicker software.
Salling Clicker is our award-winning software utility for that turns Symbian and Java compatible phones into an advanced wireless two-way remote control for your Mac or Windows PC. The most interesting about new version is that Salling Clicker now supports Symbian S60 3rd edition officially!
With Salling Clicker on your phone you’ll newer have to leave your bed to change the song. Salling Clicker even displays the artwork of the song being currently played! It also can be used to control various other applications both on Windows and OS X.
Salling Clicker essentially turns your supported phone into a remote control allowing you to access and control things on your computer such as iTunes, Keynote or Powerpoint, the DvD player, VLC, QuickTime, Mail, iPhoto, Volume, Sleep and even the Mouse. But it does not just act as a remote controlling things on the PC screen. The phone screen itself acts as a third screen and presents the relevant information on there as well.
I’ve tried it very, very briefly and let me tell you that Salling Clicker is cool and elegant application and its really nice replacement for Control Freak that still isn’t ported to 3rd edition phones.
