+ Mysterious Nokia E65 appears on FFC pages!?

Nokia E65 On Its Way Soon?
FCC Approved!

Another busy day for folks over the FCC labs, after approving Nokia N93i before its official release here is the another one, they have approved another phone for use in America, the mysterious Nokia E65.

The handset has been making waves since its images were recently leaked online, especially because lots of weird extra call buttons around d-pad.

The most interesting is trend that FCC gives approves before the official release and therefore becomes one of the leading sources for the upcoming phones.

Apparently I’m sad to say that this time; unusually; this report lacks internal and external photos as well as the user manual. All we have this time is the Test report and sketch of the phone’s back side with the label info.

If nothing else, considering that Nokia E65 has been creating a lot of buzz, question and doubts since its “announcement”, we got the final proof that phone is real and that we can expect it soon.

While we're still not sure about the right specifications we can give you some predictions facts and expectations about this phone. Speaking of the design phone is made from the pretty strange combination of materials, metal, plastic, rubber, leather and it seams that we only miss some wood parts on this device. With dimensions of 106 × 47 × 14 mm in closed state and width of 137 mm opened phone seams pretty compact, it’s a little bit longer than Nokia N95 but at the same time N95 is wider and thicker.

Furthermore it contains impressive 2.0 MPixel camera without better lens but with autofocus. Also it features WLAN, great TFT high resolution screen of 352 × 416 like on N80, 70 MB of internal storage memory expandable over the microSD cards up to 2GB. Connectivity features also looks impressive although it lacks HSDPA and miniUSB. IrDA, Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR support, uPnP, infrared, UMTS, GPRS and EDGE, SIP support, all that powered with pretty bad BL-5F Battery.
