Minor firmware update for Nokia N73
(MCU SW v3.0649.0.0.1)

Nokia has released a new minor firmware version for Nokia N73 while the support for N93 is still “temporary” unavailable after an unacceptably high number of potential update failures being reported and some were ending up with devices which could not be switched on again.

Because of these two factors they have disabled the product temporarily while investigations took place and it seams that investigations are still continuing.

Of course there are technical differences between updating using Nokia Software Updater and updating in a service point where you can get it regulary.

Anyway, firmware 3.0649.0.0.1 is already available and supported via the NSU and will be available progressively at the official Nokia Points and Nokia Service Points in the next few days.

This release should improve the Nokia N73 performance as well as fix known bugs and problems from previous versions. We are still looking for the change log so if you find something please let us know!?!!
