CalvinStinger© is Updated
to version 1.2
CalvinStinger© is a new and first freeware application in virus category, actually it is a disinfection tools for certain Symbian malwares only, capable of detecting and eliminating Symbian Viruses such as:
BlankFont.A,
Commwarrior.A, Commwarrior.B, Cabir/Caribe,
DoomBoot.A, Fontal.A, Locknut.A, Locknut.B, Mabir.A,Lasco.A , PbSender.A, PbSender.B, PbSender.C, PbSender.D, Sendtool.A, Bat/Kads.dr[McAfee], Commwarrior.B1, Commwarrior.B2, Commwarrior.B3 malwares.
Anyway, CalvinStinger© is my ever first application that I've created and of course it is still not up to standard yet, thus, this application may lack of GUI that causing it looks like very "ugly" or lacking.
CalvinStinger© has known bugs that it require user to restart the phone and rescan the system again in order to completely removes the malicious code and it will not delete certain empty directory craeted by the malware itself sorry for any inconvenience caused.
These types of bugs will be fixed on next upcoming version.
Guys, before installing CalvinStinger© into your S60 handsets, please read through and accept the terms and conditions.
I will keep you guys updated whenever I have upgraded my disinfection tools.
