in the download folder in the menus there a folder that has "what's hot" and inside is an application for openatownrisk.com

i can't figure out what you are supposed to do with it, nor when it was made, but can anyone figure it out?

I found this information from mobile-review.com forums but i didn't see anthing about it here.

what's the application about? I remember the site, but i was reading mobile-review and someone just found this application and i was curious if this is the file that came when there was supposed to be an announcement?

I am just lost and trying to figure it all out!

If you download the application it has an actual app where you are supposed to enter numbers into it.

 OH MY GOD! Now that I read it there, it sounds like Nokia is planning to allow you to hack your phone at your risk via download! That'd be amazing! Try that, Apple App Store! Hack by catalog. 8)

I have installed the application, and now you must enter four digit codes to unlock something.
