Tempes GT

What is GT?

GT is a program for S60 mobile phones. It uses the phone's internal GPS receiver or a Bluetooth GPS receiver to measure top speed and acceleration (0-100 km/h and 0-400 m, or 0-60 mph and quarter mile, or any given speed range and distance). With GT you can measure the performance of your car, motorcycle or any other vehicle.
GT is also useful for navigation, giving direction and distance to any set destination.
Do you need GT?

Tuning your car? Did product X improve performance? Use GT to find out!
Why is everyone overtaking you? Is your speedometer inaccurate? Use GT to find out!
How to find back to the hotel? Use GT to find places again!
Geocaching? GT is all you need!
How to get GT?

Check the features of GT.
If you have a S60 phone equipped with an internal GPS or an external Bluetooth GPS you can download a free demo version of GT.
If you like the demo version you can buy the registration code to unlock the advanced features.
If you have problems with GT you can go to our support page.
New version GTx V3.0 supports internal GPS!

Free upgrade. Send IMEI code to get a new registration code. Uninstall old version of GTx before installing V3.0. Note that old acceleration results are available after upgrade but navigation locations are lost.

Another application GPSed: http://gpsed.com/

GPSed is a location-based service for trip tracking from mobile. In real time tracks are traced on Google maps and stored in an online archive. With a simple geotagging feature it is possible to pin photos to a map precisely at a place they were taken.

With GPSed, you can: Map GPS tracks from your mobile and keep them in a personal archive

Record tracks of your trips anywhere on the Earth from your mobile device. Tracks are traced on Google Maps and stored in an online archive. All you need to start tracking is a mobile device with an internal or external GPS receiver.

Pin your photos to a map with one-click geotagging feature
Take photos while traveling and link them to a map precisely at a place they were taken. The geotagged photos will be stored on your computer for easy and private access. See your geotagged photos in one click on Google Earth.

Share your position and tracks with friends and family
Sharing your trip impressions with friends is easy. Just select "Email to Friend" and your friends will receive a link to your public tracks. Let your friends see your instant position on a map when you are recording tracks with GPSed.

GPSed is fully compatible with mobile devices equipped with the internal GPS receivers. Examples of some models: Nokia N95, latest BlackBerry models, Windows Mobiles. GPSed is also compatible with mobiles that can connect to the external GPS receiver via Bluetooth and with any gps receivers (like Garmin GPS, TomTom GPS and others) that can record tracks in GPX, PLT, KML and other formats.

Strange, I have Route66 and I think it's more Route666 :)

I cannot get it working with my internal N95GPS, it works fine with external blue GPS :)

Maybe there is a fix or update, but I downloaded the latest update allready? - Confused now...
