I got mail from Domi, the dev of FExplorer, that this beta was illegal, it was only ment for the beta testers and he asked me to remove it.

No wonder i miss someone here. When is the ban being lifted? Previously guys have been banned for 7 days as disciplinary then re-instated for monitoring. This is the tradition for all i remember.

indeed yasir is banned as he has repeadetly posted warez.
he did NOT check what he is actually posting, and i saw him posting at MANY forums, warez or not ..
i have told him several times, but he still didn't get it. As a good Advice for him in the Future, he should actually have a look before posting. i don't care if he posts such apps in other forums where warez might be allowed, but definitely not here. SF will stay warez-free and also, there will be NO PRIVATE BETAS, as they clearly violate with the Beta Rules of the Developers. If they give out Beta Versions for testing private, then they should stay private!

since yasir has brought in a lot of posts with some good freeware applications as well, it will be just a temporary ban and he will be given a second chance, but ONLY if he behaves and actually looks before posting!
