Make sure you select the right drive in Nokialogo. It needs to be the drive of your SD card.

On my side, before I start
I got an error message. but then it works.
Well, I have german T-Mobil Provider. So I exported the italy - TIM oplogo.
then I opend the jarod.opl file found in SD:\Private\Mail\1000484b\00001001_S\a\0010000a_F with winhex and changed the bytes to 62 which stand for t-mobile germany.
everything is good!!
Take a look:

Finally a really great thing!! hope colored logos will be makeable, soon.
thanks to Jarod and his team!!!
//EDIT:
Oh I really love it!! Once again thank you Yin Doggy and Jarod for spreading that solution

well well well.... this is good news... I will try it as soon as... I get back from my vacation in Florida
edit: 1 quick question... does this need anything signed? because I got none, zip, zero, not even FEXplorer

try changing the jarod.opl file to your austrian Provider.
This should work.

SD card:\private\1000484b\mail\00001001_s\a\0010000a_f
