Sure I?ll but mentioned file is downloadable from Nokia site free of charge and doesn?t requires registration or anything like that !?

Here is the download link:
http://nds1.nokia.com/files/support/chi ... 80_N93.SIS

Quite confusing situation isn?t it!? So if it isn?t freeware than try to tell me why it is available for free and why it doesn?t requites registration, I?m just curious?!

Thx 4 the heads-up anyway, really appreciate, download file will be removed in a minute.

Teo

Ok, let me explain.

Theme DIY was a memory card preloading project for Nokia Hong Kong and Taiwan. Because of that we cannot add any registration limitations.

By business contract, this software can only be used on Nokia phones sold via Nokia Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Therefore that URL is from the Nokia Taiwan's official website. And I believe you have no rights to copy and distribute the file on your own website without approval from Nokia Taiwan.

In the future we will surely consider other security measures and add more clear License terms and wordings like "This is not a freeware" on the application.

Thank you.

Appreciate your explanation and as you might already noticed application is removed from the SF server and our visitors are redirected to download it from Nokia directly where the application is still available for FREE :conf:

Sorry once again because of the troubles but it wasn?t our mistake, application which is offer for free download and hasn?t any kind of the protection, time limit or request for registration as well as any kind of License and terms is simply freeware!? But feel free to correct me if I have wrong definition of freeware application!?

Sorry once again anyway.. .

Kind regards,
Teo

It's also been uploaded a tonne to Nokia's MOSH.

Hahaha. I have never really looked through it - just tried a bunch of things on my phone via MOSH. Does nobody at Nokia check what's being uploaded onto MOSH then? You would have thought it'd be policed a little bit.
