Sports Tracker Gets Twitter Support,
Two New Languages & Numerous Bug Fixes
The free and Award winning Sports Tracker Application for Symbian devices is updated to version 4.0 today.
This update brings some significant improvements, fixing the known bugs and issues experienced by Nokia N8 and Nokia C6 users, adds the "sharing with friends" with frequently requested Twitter support and adds support for German and Spanish language.
If Sports Tracker is already installed on your phone you should be warned about the new update once you run it but just in case you are having problems with automated update and you are not prompted to update application just hit the option tab and tap on the 'Check for Update' option.
A lot of Sports Tracker App users have been waiting for this feature and ability to add friends and share workouts with them. The feature is very well implemented and basically all you need to do is to check the share with friends option while uploading the Workout to appopiate Sports Tracker web portal.
Furthermore, there is an indoor mode now that allows you to enable/disable GPS in Activity based settings. Energy consumption estimate is also Improved, so if you have heart rate belt, calculation is based on heart rate data. Last but not the least Sports Tracker v4.0 brings new night mode which means that now you can toggle between red/normal view in workout recording by tapping night mode icon (touch devies) or by pressing '*' key (in non-touch devices).

The new mobile application allows users to
