EGi Marine Aquarium Brings The Beauty
Of A Lush Freshwater Aquarium To Your Phone
EGi Marine Aquarium Touch is a fully interactive aquarium for 5th edition devices such as Nokia 5800 or N97 developed by Egidio Nuzzo from EGi Mobile that allows you to dive under water and enjoy one of the most realistic virtual aquarium for S60 devices.
It is definitely not the world's most advanced virtual aquarium but it is free and it brings the beauty of a lush freshwater aquarium to your phone with unsurpassed realism.
Two well animated clown fishes have articulated fins, very realistic behaviour and follow your finger as soon as you touch the screen which makes this virtual aquarium an interactive, realistic and nice to show off.
Just out of curiosity, for those of you who still haven't decided to get some 5th edition device and to test my new SX1 I made a little video Demo in High Quality and HD resolution.
Virtual aquarium for your phone
There is an also realistic background sound and few plants that fish can swim into and it looks pretty good for the first release. Author “promise that there will be plenty of new features and improvements to make this software more and more complete” but to make the best mobile virtual aquarium he need your suggestions and comments.

Speaking about suggestions, I would like to see some shifting light rays, animated background and especially gently waving plants and bubble streams that should be controllable by build in accelerometer.
I know it will not be that easy to implement and not even sure if hardware is powerful enough to process all these effects but it will be great to make it a bit more realistic and add an option to use it as screensaver as well.
If you appreciate his work please consider a small donation to help out with the development of Aquarium. I know how even a small donation can be a very stimulating for further development and improvements so just do it ;)
