Discover the inner artist in yourself!

NiiMe Drums is the latest addition in the Asier Arranz's innovative set of NiiMe fusion applications that is now available for the public download after the shorter period of the closed beta testing.

NiiMe Drums is the very first motion based music composers for the Accelerometer enabled Symbian S60 phones like Nokia N95.

It is music-production solution that allows you to spontaneously compose the music tracks just with shaking your phone and instantly playing on your PC after composing. It is like virtual recording studio and creative sound creation tool for your phon... .. .

Pocket Toshi is a prototype of a music application for the Accelerometer enabled Symbian S60 phones like Nokia N95 developed by Teemu Korpilahti and Jenna Sutela and thanks to the authors I am allowed to exclusively offer it through the Symbian Freak.

Pocket Toshi offers a creative means for using an everyday object. It turns the mobile phone into an instrument for easy music making in an instant and creates a new emotional dimension to the use of mobile technology.

Wow, this is like chain reaction, it seem that music composing on Symbian phones is the very popular lately, we got lot of dedicated music applications for S60 phones in last few weeks and the latest addition to the music applications family just appeared over at our forum section.

Imagination is the only limit to what can be created with motion based technology and it's interesting to see the kind of ideas people are coming up with lately.

N95 drum application accelerometer based application based on the similar concept as the Asier’s NiiMe Drum application that I’ve review yesterday. It uses the build in acceler... ..

+ BeatEd - Turn your phone into a beatbox

21 April 2008

BeatEd - a simple drum machine
Leave the dust cover on your drum set

Although it is not as cool and attractive as the accelerometer based NiiMe Drum application that I've reviewed yesterday, BeatEd definitely deserves to be added to our freeware section.

The very first version of the application was developed in couple of nights to get a drum machine and metronome application for author's personal guitar playing purposes but after getting a lot of new ideas and positive feedback, he decided to improve it a bit and make a decent public release.

Don't expect too much from this soft, it is not a professional drummers's virtual workshop; it is just an easy to use drum machine application for beginners that will let you create your ow... ..

13 February 2008

Mp3 Editor for S60 3rd Edition Phones

Well it is not a fully feathered sound editor but it still allows you to edit mp3 songs right on your phone. Actually Mp3 Editor for S60 devices provide the very basic functionality and only allows cutting and joining the mp3 tracks.

I am pretty sure that your phone is full of cool songs that you would like to use as the ring tones but you can’t because of the boring and long intro or not the very attractive beginning. In a matter of fact in most situations you would like to use just a refrain but you are just too lazy do it on PC or you don’t have necessary tools.

With Mp3 Editor you’ll not need a PC at all, you can extract refrain from the track and create music ring to... ..
