The Firsat Public Version
Of myRMX Application Is Now Out!

A couple days ago I wrote about myRMX, evolutionary mobile music application that that allows you to remix your favorite songs straight on your mobile phone and then easily and instantly share them with your friends.

Now I'm happy to inform you that first public version of the application is now available for selected Nokia, LG, and Samsung phones based on the 3rd edition of the S60 platform.

Unfortunately, the preview does not include the 5th edition version for the Nokia 5800 XM although they managed to add touchscreen support and have ready UI skins for the 5800 but as software is only tested on the S60 emulator they’ll not release it for now.

It will definitely looks better on the 5800’s high definition screen and easier controllable through the finger friendly touch UI and I'm looking forward to testing it on my 5800.

Anyway, myRMX is entirely new concept of mobile application/game that combines mobile music and casual gaming by allowing users to remix real songs and share their remixes with each other, all on their handsets.

myRMX allows a new level of interaction with music, anytime – anywhere and will allows you to personalize your phone by creating an unlimited number of very unique ringtones. More about application and answers on the users questions you can find over at our forum section.

You’ll be able to save your mixes as mixTONES™ and send them directly from myRMX to your friends who have myRMX and that mixPACK so they can remix your mix, share it again with their friends use it as their ringtone as many times as they like.
